Full Page Size:
Our page has five columns, each 2" wide. The total page size is 10.25" wide by 13.5" high. We can create or accommodate an ad of any size or shape.

Ad Rates:
Our basic price for the paper is $700 per page, or $5 per square inch, B&W, photoready. There is an additional cost if we build the ad (usually $30-50), and an additional cost for colour, ranging from $60 for a full page ad to $20 for a business card size.

Thus, a half-page ad, for instance, would be $350 photo-ready B&W, $400 in colour, $450 if we create it. Quarter page $175, Sixth of a page $117, Eighth of a page $90. Classifieds are free for three weeks, and our business directory consists of 2x2 ads at $20/week.

Frequency Discount:
There is a 10% reduction for running the same ad in a subsequent issue. There is also a 15% reduction for non-profits. Of course, deals can always be worked out for long runs.

Inserts:
Inserts in the paper (flyers) are generally 4 cents per item, or $330 for the full run of 8,600. If extra folding is required, there is a charge of $50.

Ad Deadline:
Deadline for booking is Monday at noon for the following Thursday's paper. If the ad's coming photo-ready, we don't need it until 5 p.m. Monday.

Distribution:
Our distribution is 8,600, 8100 by mail to all residences and businesses in the Township of Uxbridge, the other 500 by drop to various retail outlets.
